Re: Looking for my signature
Hello @azwiz ,
First check the setting in your ACP > Users & Groups > Users > User options > Search for "Allow signatures" and choice your setting and save them.
Then go to your profile settings on the forum and click on the tab "Signature".
Best regards, Joost

Re: Looking for my signature
Signature settings are to be changed in your profile settings as well (in the top navigation bar) - just switch to the "Signature" tab there. The signature space is limited to 500 characters, this cannot be increased. You can use bbCode and HTML as well in your sig, if it has been allowed by the administrators in the admin panel (General >> Forum >> Messages & Email >> Allow HTML / BBCode).
My Signature is not displayed, what should I do?
In general, there are two settings that could be the reason for your sig not to be displayed. The first one is in your admin panel, where you can allow or deny the use of signatures on a global level. Go to "Users & Groups / Users / User Options" and set "Allow Signatures" to YES.
The second option can be found in your personal profile settings. Go to "Profile >> Preferences" and enable the option "Always attach my signature". Your signature should now be attached to all posts you make, if you actually have content in it.
Note: On some forum versions, it's possible that you still won't see your signatures on posts you have already made, although you have activated all necessary options. There is no other way to change this than to edit those posts and mark the box "attach my signature to this post" and save.

I don't understand . 100% of my posts had my signature for 9 years . Has the version of my forum changed ? Why am I not accessing and activating these functions ?

Re: Looking for my signature
When you make a new post / topic it will be at the bottom of your post before you send it so scroll down the page.
If you have made any change to templates it maybe that you deleted the code that give you the right to use it.
If its not there and you have made an edit to your templates turn them off and then see if it's back. If it is back you will need to change your templates to add it back in.

When making a Screen shot of any part of your admin Control Panel please make sure you never post your Admin / Founders password.
I have blanked your Email address on this screen shot for your own safety and for security reason.

Re: Looking for my signature
Whatever . I forgot . My email is no secret . It is a very good way to contact me . I'll try to remember in the future .
As far as changing anything . Especially in my templates . No . Never . Not in anyway .
The only thing I have done is . I posted a topic in these forums several months ago . I showed you the email recipient of a bogus user that I had made several years prior . My " Popular Contents " was going to that users account . I asked you if I were to delete that user . Would it affect my " Popular Contents " ? You replied and said it would not make any difference .
So I deleted that username .
Since that day . I have not received 1 " Popular Contents " .
Up until now . I thought that was the only change . I now think that is when I lost that signature as well . But I do not see how they can be related . I and only I have ever been full admin . I changed nothing else except deleting that user , who's name was BillyBob . Period . So what is happening ?

Thank you i got the account BUT i can't log in to the Admin Control panel i will need this to make sure all your settings are set right
Re: Looking for my signature
Sorry for the delay on this I have now found out what your problem was
one of your settings was turned off so i have made the change for you.
Now you will see the setting in your new posts.
Where to set this up on your profile:
Click profile on your nav bar then click on signature
Now you must type something in the Editor box for your signature to show up and then save.
Now when you are making a post / topic you should now see this part on the bottom of your post before pressing send.

Re: Looking for my signature
The signature part of this is solved.
The Email side of it is not solved right now but there is a new topic for that so this can be closed.
