how to reduce the size of my mobile logo

Hi please help me reduce my mobile logo.see picture below: My forum site

Once I crop the image ,the header logo creates black area on the top and bottom : sample image below:

Are you adding the same image in the administration panel under display > pics management (general/explore tab)?

before I add the same logo, but since the mobile view has black areas on the top and bottom of the image, I create a logo for mobile but not solved my problem.my mobile logo
