Managing Forum Packages
Hello!
For the last 3+ years, I purchase enough credits per year to apply the 'Advanced' package across my forum. This year, I want to renew my Advanced package but change it from a per year to per month cadence. However, I'm having trouble figuring out how to do that. It keeps asking me to renew my current package at the per year cost which is not what I want to do. I have enough credits to do the per month advanced package (I have 2,120 credits).

Good evening!
Unfortunately, you cannot pay for a one-month package with credits.
Credits can be used to pay for an annual package.
