Somebody hacked my forum!!!

Description of problem

Hi everyone...

Yesterday I saw a new registration on my forum that I had not activated. I went to the activity history and saw that this new member had accessed the control panel and made some settings from my account. I disabled it and changed my password. Today I went to log into my account as an administrator and I couldn't. Somebody hacked me.

Can you help me please?

Hello @Sotos35,

Welcome to the Forumotion support forum! I find it difficult that it was "hacked" most probably the password used was too easy and someone found out taken advantage of. Read this thread: https://help.forumotion.com/t75418-my-forum-was-hacked I honestly don't see what else we can do (see the tips in the topic)

Try making a request to change both email and password to something more secure: https://help.forumotion.com/t127211-password-problems-or-lost-your-founder-s-password
