Contact support without posting

I would like to contact support regarding a matter I'd rather not post on a public forum. However the only avenues of private support I can see is via a private message, which requires at least one post in the forums.

As I have now made a post I assume I can do a private message. However, it feels unnecessary - is there a way of contacting private support without having to do this, which I may have missed?

Dear @Gunners

You should never PM more then one staff member this only mixes things up for our staff and you.

I see that you have sent a Pm to @SLGray so i will let him deal with this.
