Manager Cannot Access All Areas Of Forum

Description of problem

We recently promoted a member to Manager; however she cannot access all areas of the forum. We created a group...Manager...added member, updated her permissions, but still cannot access everything. I know this isn't much info, but hopefully one of you has an idea of what I need to change/update. Thanks.

what exactly she cannot see? do you mean some sub-forums?

Can you provide a screenshot of the permissions you set?

@Niko She says she cannot see any boards in our "Admin" area except the one we created for her, nor can she access our "Special Events" and "Holiday" boards. My understanding is she can only see the things she could as a regular member. I added some screenshots to my main post above.

Can you share more info on the permissions you set and how you set them?
I mean screenshots, etc.. just to show what you did to give her the permissions. Sometimes it is just a matter of mis-configuration

must be manager

You must change your permissions in your personal user profile, as you see it says user, and it must say administrator:
