Moderators problem

Hello,

WEhats happen with forumotion.

People cant see admin panel.

pPlease see photos, what they are in that group.

Im am Elisabeth Ivy laurier , and im griuo member. Like you can see in picture, what i cant leave the group, and im writed in that group like member.

Its its definatlly forumotion problem, we need help.

Idk what you waiting, this problem is not the same like foundaition acc dont have email.

There is problem in forumotion, and i cant send you emails because i dont remember it... But maybe we can fix problem without this acc?

question is why people in moderator group cant open admin panel?

for the first issue, i want to remind you that

Since you are the founder and you can not access the admin panel cause you do not remember your password the only way we can help is by informing us by pm the correct email you used to create the forum
As mentioned you can send me a list of potential emails
We can not provide any further assistance without the correct email this is the procedure

for the moderators issue you must access the admin panel to check the group rights

She cant , because she lost password and dont remember email.

But she wasnt online so many time, and we all was. And all was fine, but one day everything gone. And she wasnt even loged in , so its not her issure. Something happen with forumotion

@naktyje I am asking because the founder can access everything by default, so she/he could have been the one to check the ACP for sure

Can you try to reach her so that she can check?
Otherwise, if she is absent for more than 6 months+1 day, you may try to ask for a founder change

Now im her friend and writing this problem again, But now not about foundaition acc , but wwhy other people cant come to admin panel if no one did anything, it was just from nowhere

the founder must have access to the admin panel so that she can view the moderator group rights
if she can not enter due to password issues then she must provide the correct creation email as this was described previous

due to security reasons, we can not do anything else we MUST have the correct email creation

you can wait 6 months and 1 day and ask for a founder change

But you are fixer. Cant you take the founder acc , dont tell me the password ( i dont need it) go to forum fix the problem , and whats it? we dont need to know the password , no security is broken, and all happy becouse admin can acces the admin panel and using forum.

But if somepone changed password , its posiblle that they changed email too..... becouse all potential emails not working, and old pass also not working

we have already discussed this by pms the previous time
i need the correct creation email or a list of potential emails you used to create the forum regardless if you change the creation mail afterward

all the emails you have sent me by now through pms as i already informed you multiple times are incorrect or associated with other forums so basically i have no proof that you are indeed the founder of that forum
furthermore, you are not actually the founder which you claimed to be in your previous thread but a friend of the founder

We cant remember email of faunder,but i can give Admin girl email, username, password maybe its helps to proof what we all in same side?

The original creation email not the current email please i have informed you about the same thing many times ...

edit: one more thing i forgot to mention is that mods do not have the right to the admin page
Only founders and admins can see it unless the founder renamed the group admins

Sadly we can't help a non-founder
