Founder died, moderator can't secure forum

Hi guys

A friend of mine has a forumotion forum and is a moderator on there.

Unfortunately, the founder has died and it rather leaves their forum vulnerable as she can't access the admin panel.

Is there anything you can do to help her please?

She's the only moderator over there and can not do anything to secure the forum.
