Appearance and Functionality of ChatBox

Hi Team,

Currently my Chatbox is on the top right hand of the page.
I'm unable to make the Chatbox like a pop up, instead it opens into a new tab/page.
I want the chat box to be in the bottom right and to open and close, similar to some social websites.
I tried following This Guide but it doesn't work, kindly advise.

are the settings ok ? did you try deactivating your javascript to check if any script is causing a conflict?

Do I have to delete the old scripts for this to work ? I'm afraid that I might mess it up.

The new scripts you added for the chatbox from that thread you posted yes
