chatbox problem - loosing messages

Hi!

can someone help me on this?!
I'm using the forumotion chatbox on my site, aside from the "lagging" problem, recently, most of the members are experiencing a new issue.
chatbox will turn black for a few seconds then the messages will be deleted automatically..if you click on archives, you won't see those messages anymore. This issue occurs while the members are logged on to the CB.

We all kinda got the hang of the forumotion chatbox, I really don't wanna change it to a different one but this current issue, I have to admit, sucks big time.

Can somebody help me out on this?!

This happened to my chatbox once. But it has not occurred since. It could be a glitch.

heard this is one of the best CBs to use..would like to try it first but no idea how to do it

To put a custom chatbox on your forum, first of all you need to get the code of it.
You can put the chatbox code in your homepage message, widget or portal.
