Forum problem please advise !!!

Whats going on with the forums ????

i have been having problems for days with mine

i have members complaining about my forum not running smoothly there complaining about it running slow, not uploading pages and threads, not been able to upload images or view them

can you please tell me how long this problem is going to persist ????

i keep getting this page every time i wanna visit my forum

That is what is happening to my forum....keep getting the same message maintenance in progress....this has been on going for days now...can't refresh the page...

I save the post in word because of the lose of posts....very fustrating....

please help me!!!!!!

Join the club. This is the 4th day it's been like it now. I understand this are being done, but I've asked, as you have, for some sort of timescale to how long this will be going on but no one responds!

Far as I can see they dont care, As they are not letting us know whats happening. I have got the same problem. And its is a real concern as mine is a Car Club forum. With all events coming up and members letting us know who is attending what. But all I am getting is a lot of phone calls telling me the cant post the cant see post they have trouble logging on. It is rediculous.
Come on Forumotion a bit of info would be nice.

New servers are being added. Some sites are being switched from one server to another.

Yes it has. Anyway if you manage to get into the admin panel go to (Advanced) General Tab ---> Configuration ---> (Under Misc Options) Click Resynchronize your forum : Check it to resynchronize; I did that and it made my forums a little faster, and the maintenance page hasn't appeared for 2 hours.
