Other forum links showing on topic posts

This isn't a problem, just a question. I didn't know where else to post this.
I just noticed something on this site. I don't know if it's new or I just never noticed it.
On the bottom of some topics posted here on this site. I'm seeing links to other forum topics. On this topic it's a motorcycle site. If I click on it, It takes me to a forumotion motorcycle forum.

This isn't showing on all topics, just some. This is on this topic: https://help.forumotion.com/t68249-advertisment-question
What is the deal with this? Is it a glitch or is the support forum giving a sort of advertising to forums?
