False Legitation

This ex friend of mine had made a false reporting of a topic that was made in a section for announcements. He accused that it was about him when it literally wasn't. He threatened and bullied me IRL about this too. What happened was he sneaked onto my forum to spy out of spite and jealousy. He made a reporting and i can't remove it now. He made a threat to me in real life saying that he will get my forum shut down for good any way he can and now i am getting worried about this. Can some admin or someone help me out in this please.

I banned him permanently mainly since he was breaking Rules even Rules that were in place for my forum so others can get along.

Abuse reports (abuses sent through the 'Report an abuse' button) come only to you, not to Forumotion. Only move it to done.

If your ex friend did send a ligitation report (not report a abuse) to Forumotion, your forum has to be breaking the Terms of Services to be ban.

He came onto the forum to get at me... he was bullying me non stop both ways. I don't know what to do.

I had him banned mainly in the reasons that he was upsetting members since they are my friends. He didn't post anywhere at all just in a blog i had made which included me ranting coz i was upset. It is clearly nothing against rules since a blog is for members taughts and so forth...

I was highly upset and can't bottle it up ya know.

I might have to close the forum down now coz i fear that it will be shut down any way

@Nera. The only thing i can do is reply back. There isn't a move to done option in litigations

Here you can see the status of your litigations. You can answer them, but only the person who sent it can close it.

I'll try to stop worrying. Not easy when i see that guy in college when i get back in Sept. I had to removed topics as requested coz he asked me to remove them before my class last year even when it was a threat he had made

We can't do much about your personal problems, but like the others, if your forum is not breaking the TOS then your forum won't get banned. The reports that you are receiving are not sent to Forumotion and if they are faulty, simply moved them to 'Done abuses' in the admin panel.
