open links in new pages

Need the links to open in new pages, can some1 edit the code for me please?

They are already opening in a new page when I preview them on this site.

They open but they take you away from my website when you click them.

Which is kinda the opposite thing i want them to do =P

When I preview them here, a new window opened. I then had two windows open.
