Copyright Infringement
So I think I just did something silly and sent myself a litigation, this is most likely because how vague the form was which doesn't make the process very easy to be honest. So I'm going to summarize here just to be sure my situation is handled accordingly.
I had two members from my website, though it isn't active it still seems to have content that belongs to my website. I run a Naruto RPG and on our site we have something called the Encyclopedia, in this we have many Jutsu, Clans, Weapons etc. that was devised to help out our members. You can look at this section by clicking here. The description for this section goes as followed: Almost everything pre-made can be found here, such as compiled lists of Canon Jutsu, Clans etc. As well as donated custom creations for members to share. The owner should always be given credit for their work in regards to their custom creations. Everything seen here is only to be used on US, all the Canon jutsu were altered or created by the staff in some way and therefore make it their material and therefore are strictly for US only.
However unfortunately these members didn't respect that description, or our copyright policies and has continued to refuse to remove it despite many requests that I believe I approached in an appropriate manner only to get mediocre blunt responses, even after I told him I was writing up a litigation and told him he wouldn't be welcome on our website anymore and he continues to refuse, even though like I said: it isn't his material and his site isn't even active anymore. This feels like a big deal for nothing and I'm sure you guys are over hearing about this kind of thing but I need this addressed. I can provide anything that's needed to prove that its my sites material. In fact I'll be addressing some examples now, be sure to check the date as well. Word for word copying:
Ours > There's
Ours > There's
Ours > There's
Ours > There's
Ours > There's
And so on and so far.
From here I think I've provided enough substantial evidence to have this handled without me having to do even more work to get them to remove something to do something that should take thirty seconds to remove? I'd appreciate this to be handled as swiftly as possible of course, thanks.
Regards.

The only thing you can do is send a complaint to Forumotion about the site in question.

What's the point of having the litigation tool if I wouldn't get a response.

Most reports to a company of some sort will never give you a reply. Microsoft as an examples doesn't provide outcome as they follow their privacy policy.

Oh I'm aware but wouldn't you pride yourself on being as efficient as possible to simple requests?
