having problems signing in
is there any way to let a person into the group without them registering
I have sent an invite to her and she is being rejected saying that the name is already used
there is only one person by her name and she is still being rejected

Re: having problems signing in
Is she trying to register or join a group? You have to be a registered member to join an usergroup.

Re: having problems signing in
she was invited by me the owner of the group
but when she signs in it is telling her she is already in there and is using the wrong password. she has not received a confirmation email.

Has she check to see if the email is in her spam/trash folder?

Re: having problems signing in
If you go into her profile via the ACP and change her password to a temp password ..inform her of the new temp password.. this will let her log in, and when she is logged in she can then change her password in her profile to one of her own choosing
ACP>> users and Groups >>search users ... change the password of the user in their profile here and save

Re: having problems signing in
dunno know what is going on but she is not even showing in the group at all
I did a search and it saying no member by that name
she didn't get an email to activate her membership that is probably why
