Is the issue that the buttons (Battle Me! / Visit myYearbook.com and Vote now!) are suppose to be clickable?

Replace your code with:
Code:
<div align="center" style="text-align:center; clear:both; width:380px;"><embed src="http://toys.myyearbook.com/battles/myb_battle5.swf" FlashVars="battleid=35188349" quality="high" wmode="transparent" menu="false" bgcolor="#ffffff" width="380" height="345" name="myb_battle5" align="middle" allowScriptAccess="sameDomain" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" /><div style="text-align:center;"><a href="www.myyearbook.com/battles/battleme.php?battle=35188349" target="_blank"><img src="http://toys.myyearbook.com/battles/btn_battle_me.jpg" style="border:0px;" /></a>
<a href="www.myyearbook.com/battles/?battleid=35188349" target="_blank"><img src="http://toys.myyearbook.com/battles/flash_vote2.jpg" style="border:0px;" width="370" height="34" /></a></div></div>
