Solved Head admin account taken by admins

Hello, I run http://www.slendernation.forummotion.com

A little while ago, my account was logged into by my admins and they changed the confirmation email and my password, locking me out of my account. They took my forum from me, and I was wondering if there was anything I could do to gain back control of my forum. I used to be called The Doctor on it, but they changed the name to The Admin. Any other info needed? Let me know.
