Ads r important? Empty Ads r important?

Hello!
I want to ask
I have used HTML code which is given in Tips in Tricks to show up Latest topics
and it has disabled forum motion ads
after that my friend's told me that ads are an important part of Forummotion and if we got reported our forum can be closed/removed bcoz of that ads
Is it true?

The only way that we are allowed to remove ads is by using credits.

Please post your forum's link so I can see if the ads are gone.

The code should have not remove the ads.

Are you using something like ad-block plus, that will block them for you, but would still be there for everyone else unless they had it to.

Like slg said post your link and let us have a look.
