forum trouble

ok, first. ive read everything and it did not solve the issue, i even PM'd 2 of the 3 that i was supposed to PM to help me but no response yet.

i deleted my forum, month later undeleted it. now i cant log in. says user name or password is invalid. can someone help me please? thanks
