Sent an Abuse to litigation, but didnt get any confirmation email ?

Dear Forumotion, I am a forum owner, outside Forumotion.. But I always had an account on here, so thank god i remembered my email and pass..

I really need help with something URGENT.. I just sent a direct ABUSE to the link called https://www.forumotion.com/en/litigation/. It told me that a VALIDATION EMAIL was sent, but I havnt got any VALIDATION EMAIL!

Its very important! Some users tried to Spam our Forum and tried also to hack our forum all this morning! Is here any admiin that can message me in private so I can give all the info once again! I wrote all the info in the LINK I was given to, and I dont have all that info anymore! So I really need help to get the VALIDATION email, or some how someone to contact Forumotion and tell them that it was from me...

That's the administrators group, please pm Leloo or Sanket, except The Godfather.

Are you sure that it said that you will receive a validation email? Usually you do not get an email from the litigation team.

A Validation email has been sent,,

I dont recal it exactly, But I have sent another Detail to Sanket,, He been helping me befor as well!

Refreshing, I have still havnt heard anything........... I got an email for confirming my Ligitation, and I hope not that is being sent to the owner of the site that I have complained about. If it does then hopefully someone can stop it befor we get more ATTACKS on our site...

On the Ligitation or what it is called, it said that the complpain was being sent to the ADMIN of the site!!
so I didnt understand which admin?, Is it the Forumotion ADMINs or the admin of the SITE we have complained about? And I am Still waiting,,,

Ps, My complain is about removing a false acussation from a forumotion forum used by some hackers!
I am crossing my fingers and Hoping to hear about it soon..

The litigation is sent to the Admin of the forum if your report is considered as legitimate by the litigation team.
Is that what you wanted to know ?

Yeah but thats a bad IDEA, That needs to be stopped as soon as possible! Because why should that go to the forum ADMIN... tHE ADMIN was the person making the trouble for us.. Now this is a very bad Idea, Hopefully you can help me Leelo...

I guess I need to explain to you the aim of the litigation tool.

That's not a judicial tool. It's just a tool to be intermediate between the admin of a forum and the complainant to try to resolve the conflicts in the most natural way. If something really serious is found on the forum that goes against our TOS, it can possibly be warned or banned.

In your case, that seems to be a conflict with the administration of the forum, so the litigation tool can't do anything but inform the admin of your complaint and let him take his responsability. Forumotion has no authority to play the referees nor the lawyers, nor the police.
If you want to be defended, I advise you to contact the relevant authorities
