i want my forum back it has been banned... how to grt it back

hi forumotion staff... my forum www.shahrozenimbuzzfun.forumur.net has been banned i want it back my all work and friends were on it. pls tell me what happend to it and how i can get it back?????????? shiuld i pay for it?? i am ready to pay i want my forum back........ thanks in advance

Forumotion says in its terms of use that is in clearly right to remove any forum without explanation, if you are making mistakes which is a violation under the conditions presented at the above address.
When a forum is excluded by OnlineGuardiam, he is never recovered, (to unless you have evidence that the content was not illegal.)! This service hired by Forumotion aims to eliminate contents that are outside the proposed agreement when you created your forum. In CGUs says clearly that you is responsible by your content, and not Forumotion. Soon, Forumotion can remove your forum without notice.
