Solved Mass E-mail

Post by xXStormheartXx December 14th 2012, 12:28 am

I wasn't sure where I should post this, so I apologize if this is in the wrong place.

Well for some reason mass e-mails aren't seeming to send from the forum I want them to. The E-mail address is valid so that isn't the problem.. I can send E-mails to individual members, but I can not send a mass e-mail..? I haven't tried sending any news letters yet so I have no idea if that works or not.

Any advice is really appreciated! Thank you.

The only way to send a mass email is by using the newsletter.

Hm, so what about when you generate a list of inactive members and you e-mail everyone on the list that they are in danger of being deactivated? It's set to send a copy of the e-mail to me, but I never receive any e-mails.

Check your spam/trash box. Is the box checked to send you a copy in the administration panel? It is at the bottom of the page under the message box.

Nope, it's not in my spam box, and yes. The box was checked to send a copy to me.

Okay apparently the e-mails did go through but I just didn't get a copy. Which is weird considering I had the box checked. o_O

Anyway, this can be locked.
