Forum goes on and off

Hey guys My forum have its own life at the moment, and most of the time i cant even connect to it
I read all the treads i could find about this, but i couldent find one example that was just like mine.
What should i do with a forum that is only up every 5. time I check?

but when i does not, it just says out of reach, like when you type a false url, or a homepage is down

now its down again :S
