'Topics' problem
I created a separate section for Blogs on my forum http://sulekha.forumotion.com. The blogs section is: http://sulekha.forumotion.com/f38-blogs
Considering that i am seeing the latest posts under the 'Latest Topics' header on top right of my screen, what is the purpose of the header 'Topics' at the bottom of the screen and can i get rid of it (since it looks unaesthetic)?
One more question:
Ideally i would have wanted one category for forums and a separate category for blogs. So there would be multiple forums within these two categories. The design would look like https://help.forumotion.com/forum but i have only two categories (with multiple forums). Any suggestions on how i do this?

I do not see Topics at the bottom of the screen.
