In progress HELP!! I'm locked out.

I logged out of my site to test something and now I can't get back in!!

I'm using the correct username and password (at least I'm 99.99% certain I am) but still I can't get in.

When I try to recover my password, I get told 'The e-mail address you supplied does not match the one listed for that username.'

Help, I'm drowning here!!!
