Forum Not Loading [Hacked] [Script problems]

Sorry for a super late topic but this was way back in January. I added this person to the admin list and he seemed to change the script around. Now Im not able to log in correctly. Each time I log on using my owner's account I get a grey screen (My background) and nothing else. Is their anyway the mods/admins can help me with this? If you need my email or pass to confirm im the owner thats fine. I just want to get my side up and running again and try to rebuild it

I've used the utility but it doesnt seem to do anything. I logged on successfully but dont know what to do after. I tryed to restore backup but it still not working

Any possible way I can go further into restore besides February?

I've tried but still no luck. I logged on but my back up is only a few months. I need probably 7 month back up

Just a long shot but can you not log in with the Forum Utilities to the ACP and remove any codes that was put in place and remove the guy you dont want then see what codes you want by adding them one by one to find the one that is making your problem in the first place ?

Just thinking this is the only way of getting round the problem as its the weekend and the head admin's are not in the office at weekends and none of the staff here can fix the problem as we don't have server side rights Sad

If not then the only way to fix the problem would be to ask TGF to look at it for you monday.. Sad

Hey, im able to log on uttlity but its not use. Still cant do anyhing. Like I said, i need someway to backup my site probably back in 2012

Im also using chrome and safari and it doesnt work for either. Its the site not the browser

I dont know like I said. Some admin probably modiffed the template to a bug error.

ok if the way i have gave you is not working then you need to have a pro admin have a look at it for you. but as i said in my last post back to you this can not be done until monday as there is no one in the office at this site sorry.

I'm sure if one of the staff here see this there ask The right admin to take a look for you and deal with the problem in hand for you.

But please be ware that TGF is really busy over on the french forum aswell as here so it may take some time to get this done for you.

@SLgray he did try that and it did not work so that's why i said maybe one of you guys could point TGF to this thread when he comes online it looks to me that he's admin account is getting blocked by a problem with a html page or a bug in he's codes Wink

Hello, So you're able to log in to the utilities but what do you mean that it's no use? It doesn't work? It just refreshes the page when you try to perform a back up? or access the admin panel via utilities?

he said in the post before he is getting a white grey page when he fills the utilities and clicks save.

It's not a problem with the utilities its the main forum that can be easy fixed by TGF logging in to the forum and fixing the problem in hand or backing up to some time in 2012. there is tests that only he can do to see what was blocking the admin account.

i desactivated all the scripts on your forum, you can now login normally. i tryed it and it works Wink
