What if a person reports a forum and tell lies and that forum gets deleted or

The litigation team will only banned a forum that is breaking the Terms of Service. They visit the forum and check everything out.
Are you referring to the report an abuse (Forumotion does not see) link at the bottom of the forum or the litigation report (Forumotion sees)?

The "Remove Text Formatting" icon on our forum stopped working 5 days ago. How can I reactivate it?
