How to change reply background color , add recent topic for Phpp3 ?

Oh well , so from where i can begin ... I have many problems that faces me and i'm not that good with the Css , java and this code stuffs , i'm trying to learn it  ..

I have tried every single tutorial but it didn't work so i was going to post a couple of topic with my issues but it would look like a spam .

Anyway , Here are my lists of problems   , and thank you for trying to help in advance  

1-how to change the color of the background for every rank ?
Ex. admins have red background when they post

2-Why my forum chat box is not working ?

as you can see it keep saying You are disconnected. even when i login chat.So i registered at a shoutbox website .
I also found that many users have this problem ,but i didn't get it for how to make it work.

3-How to make a recent topics or hot topics at the top of the forum like this one ? :



4-How to add Undo option while making a topic  ?
and is there a way to only copy the " inbox" words ..  [SOLVED !!]

I have tried to copy something from a code box while making a topic but i paste the whole box instead
for ex.  i copy a post containing stuffs and when i paste it , it show like this

Please don't use bold or color. Please keep to the default text. This is reserved for the staff for moderation.

Please change the title of your topic, that is related to your question/issue, so that other users will be able to find their question/issue using the search engine.

I have already tried the solution of question no.3 ,  but it says when i go to :
Administration Panel > Display > Templates
Only templates of phpbb2 or PunBB versions will be affected.



but thanks at No.4   , i didn't notice this " Switch Editor mode "

I have tried to pick a good title but , didn't know which one to choose . Even if i post every question alone it would look like a spamm . Anyway i have changed it .
