Forum sporadically slow

My forum (available via my profile on here) has been acting very slow for quite some time now. It's been slow on and off, not constant, but it is certainly still a problem. I've received many reports from unhappy users. If the admins could take a look it would be much appreciated.

Is your forum hosted by Forumotion, because I do not see the footer links?

Removing all the footer links breaks the Terms of Service. Using credits only removes some of the links.

If you tried to find out you would see that it is infact a forumotion forum, where he has simply changed the location and colour of the necessary links. 

Neymar, is there any new scripts that you recently out in, or changed on your forum?
If so, try removing it for 48hrs, and see if the slowness decreases in  occurrences, or completely.
Are these slowdowns re-occurring at the same intervals, or absolutely sporadic?

I find my browser constantly waiting on avatars.simplyfifa.net before the page loads. I believe you should check that out.

Yes it is hosted by forumotion, and I haven't removed any of the necessary links. Can you show me a screenshot of the very bottom of my forum from your perspective?

I've not really monitored the issue enough to determine whether or not the slow periods occur at similar times. When it does happen, it can range from a simple slight slowdown, to the site being completely unusable due to the speed.

i had the same problem on one of my forums. i tried it taking away various things like avatars and sigs but (for me at least) there was only a mild improvement. it got so bad i had to move my game forum to a more updated server instead of limiting what members could do or have
