Newsletters not being sent to all Members

I have read that there are many Members who are having issues with news letters.  I would be one of them

Here is/are the issues that I am having:

*Not all if any members who have chosen to receive newsletters are receiving them
*I have had Several members check their spam folder(If not all there folders) to see if the Newsletter was placed in there by the email provider.  None of these members have seen or found a newsletter
*I have two chatter accounts on my forum for testing purposes and neither one of these account receive any newsletters

as with many others my forum is growing and I would like this solved at someone's soonest convenience

What are the email provider in question which are not receiving this.

it does not appear to be one specific email address

But they range from:

Gmail
Yahoo
cox.net
Live
msn

ETC Etc

Maybe you should try using a different email to send your newsletters.

Admin Panel > General > Newsletter > Select sender of email

You should try using the main admin's main email. The email should be one that you use for site purposes only. You can edit your email in your profile.

I appreciate your input but please note that I have searched this forum for answers as well as I have exhausted options on my end before I have made this post.

Does these members have it set up in their profiles to receive newsletters?

Yes they can

I mean this:

Profile > Preferences
Allow newsletters:  Yes

Each member will have to do this.

I understand what you are saying and yes the memebers who have that option at "yes" are the memebers that I am talking about

Could you please give me the newsletter date, and to which group you sent the newsletter (all member, a special group,..)?

I have the same problem then if you have a solution, it should be nice to know what to do.

Be aware that I followed all advices you gave in this topic and the problem is still there. If I want to send a newsletter to all members, I have to send it by private message.
I had to make a group with all members in it then I can send newsletters to all by this way only.

Could you also give me the date of the newsletter your members did not receive?
