You can activate this here :
Administration Panel > Display > Homepage > Structure and hierarchy
Scroll to the very bottom, tick 'yes' for 'Display forum moderators' and save.
This option will show the users that can moderate that specfic forum.

No i mean not like what u say, that moderator is a user not a group i want to be like that please help me

For an individual to appear there, he/she has to have moderation permission (like a group) in that section.

For the individual users to show up you first have to make sure moderators are displayed in the forums. Ange shows you how to do this above.
To then assign names to the forums go to your Users & Groups page. Search Users. Find the user whos name you wish to be displayed. Click on them as though you are going to modify their info but dont change anything. At the top there should be a tab that says "Permissions". Click this tab. Find the forums listed that you wish them to moderate and click the check box that says "Is Moderator".
That should hopefully solve your problem. (:
