Solved Access to forum not possible

Hi!

One of my forum members has the problem to access the forum. He got following message:

"Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site http://drvenibrodovi.forumotion.eu/ - operation aborted."


What can be the problem and how to solve it?

Can the member load any other forum hosted by Forumotion for example the support forum?

Solved Children in the school

The member with difficulties to access the forum went with a computer in the school. Problem was solved by the pupils of the 2nd class during IT lesson. They needed 15 min to solve the problem.
Windows Vista was on the computer for more than five years and has not been upgraded. Children installed Service Pack 1 and 2, new drivers, cleaned the registry...


Now everything work fine. Smart kids! study
