Lost password and email of foundation lost for 3 days...

Hi, I'm new ! I lost my password forum and I 'd like to know it ... but I also lost the foundation of my mail forum ... the link is on my forum : enweek - computer.fr -bb .com, what to do? I need some help ...

If you are the Founder you can reset your password by following the steps in this tutorial: https://help.forumotion.com/t127211-password-problems-or-lost-your-founder-s-password

If you need to reset your foundation email address then follow the steps in this tutorial as well: https://help.forumotion.com/t127212-foundation-email

It appears you are using a french version of Fourmotion, have you tried posting over on the french forum, that way its in your native language, and easier for you to communicate with the members.

How ever what Brandon_g said will help you, just don't want anything to get lost in translation.

Indeed, the forum which I put is an English version. There is a French and English version, as a result, I know not so I have to be helped at Forumotion France or Englishman(English people) for my English version.
