So i know it gaves info when we edit any post, but we can see what he edit ?

Hello,
What exactly is your issue? Are you asking if a member edits their own post, will the edit show up in the moderation log? If not, may you please explain your problem in detail?

No, I don't believe member's edits to their posts or topics will not appear in the moderation log.

No, I don't believe so, as what shows up in the mod log is determined serverside.
When a member edits their post and they are not the last one to post, however, it will show a 'lasted edited by: Members name on DATE OF EDIT' which will be a giveaway that it was edited
