Hacked forum. What can I do at this point?

Hello,
Well I haven't been on my forum for a long time, all of a sudden I get an E-mail regarding a new private message. As I go to log into the forum, it said the pass was wrong. So I try to change the password and it displays said message, "The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security"
I've not worked really hard on my forum to see it get torn away from me. What can I do about this? Please help.
