Disable captcha confirmation for new guest post

Description of problem

After a few hours studying a way to add a contact form on the forum without the need for another hosting (PHP ) , I managed to do directly by the forum system ' new topic ' .

I form the available generator here in FDF and pointed to a forum where visitors and / or members can post .
The only problem I got this "system" is that the visitor answers the form and click the send button , it is directed to a confirmation page where you are asked to enter the captcha to post.

It is possible, in some way , to make the visitor can answer the form and after clicking the ' send ' , it is not directed to the captcha page? And if possible , be directed to an HTML page ?

No sorry this is our Spam Security System and it can not be removed as its server side.

I am sure you can understand this is not only for us to keep spam down from Bots but it is best for you to.

Removing that system will only open your PM box to 100's of Bots a day posting nothing but Spam and hackers getting in to.

Trust me when i say this !!

Removing anything that was made to help stop Bots and spam was put there for a reason and not ever a good move to play with it.

From reading your response and recommendation re-captcha code.
I just checked my AP>User Groups>User Options>Members> confirmation Code and it's set to disabled "NO"
For forum safety reasons, would you recommend that I select "Yes" enable it for new members.

Hello @Norton ,

Yes we would recommend leaving this to on, as any anti spam feature available on your forum could help prevent a number of spambots from registering on your forum Wink

After reading the new topic and the recommendation from Ape I thought I would check my forum. Being a new founder owner that "NO" disable has always bothered me and the former owner selected "NO" The whole capatcha thing makes sense, it's obviously there for a reason. From another happy member Have a Grrreat! evening.

No. I made a form in an HTML page

When the client(unregistered visitors) accesses the form and fill in the fields and click send, it is directed to a page to enter the captcha to post a new topic.

That is how the system is set up for guests to post on forums that allow guests to post.

the sub forum is already set up so visitors can post / reply. The problem happens on time in May the Customer Click the button 'send'.
After clicking the submit button, it is directed to the page with captcha.

The one in the contact me system is always there no matter what but the one when making a new account on the forum is set in the ACP and you can turn it on or off I recommend having this set to YES/ ON

I am using the Forumotion services to host my website.

I own a form in a widget on the portal. The client fills out the form with your data and is then posted on X forum

It turns out that before being posted in this forum X, the client has to answer a captcha code (thesame used in the register).

I would like to remove is captcha option to create a new visitor topic, even though the risks of spambot...

It is possible?

Is this person logged in? If no then the forum consider this person a guest. Since your widget is posting the results as a topic, the forum is considering the person as a guest.

When a member and logged in to the forum you will not be asked to fill that part in as you are a member of the forum

If you are not logged in the forum (member or not) You will have to fill that part in as the system thinks your a guest or a spam bot or spam member so it makes sure you are nothing like a Computer trying to spam a thread or forum,

As i have already said this can not be turned off at any time its a server side tool for safety

Why then have the templates in Post & Private Messages, the template 'posting_confirm_code' ?
Through it you can not remove this option ?

If you can not even the template, you have any other solution?
I need a form to be completed, it is sent to my email or create a new topic.

Remembering that my forum is a website and our main goal is just this form to schedule.

The code is in the template . However, I already removed and still non- registered user is directed to this page to enter the captcha.

This is what i have said all along the Code is server side.

When a guest makes a post it knows there not a member and then sends a code to the servers and tells the forum to ask the member to fill it in

As i have said there is NO way to stop this.

Keep asking is not ever going to change that no matter how much you ask.

Sorry but there is no way to stop this.

There is NO way we can make a Code that will Email you when they fill in a forum

I have already told you that you need server side data and we DONT give that data out to anyone.

I Am sorry but what ever you ask about this we can not help you on this matter as we do not have server side data.

There is sites out there that let you make a forum and its linked to your Email address but it can not be added to our forum system ... Our system is a forum system not a website.
