known members say they can not create accounts

Hi
I'm the administrator of the http://www.leisureinformatics.com and guests informed that they can not register in the forum.
I tried to create an account to check if this is true. But I could not do that. the issue was with the verification.
Please help

ok give this a go it may work.

we will use the Short code **ACP** as The Administration Panel

ok please try this:
ACP >> Users options Tab >>  Users >> Users options >> Confirmation code : Set to NO then SAVE.

This should remove the code you have to input when making an account.

just try and turn it off then back on again.

if that don't work then for now just turn it off and keep it off.

let me know if the turn off and then back on again fixes it if it don't i will be happy to make a report about this for you.
