On Firefox, my text reply box does not have a toolbox that allows me to insert picture or do any kind of formatting. It's just a white text box. I do not have this issue on Google Chrome.

What version of Firefox are you using?

Also - do you have any kind of add block of other security features in your Firefox as add ons?

I am using the mobile app on my phone. I am not sure what version of Firefox it says but I just got the phone so probably the latest one.

I am afraid that does not say much regarding when the FF you are using was installed.

If it was not yourself that installed the app, try looking for an updated version or uninstalling and reinstalling.

Good luck!

Can anyone figure out a fix for this? It's been almost one week. I would use Chrome but Chrome is no longer working with forumotion. It's very slow and freezes. Why does the editor bar not appear in Firefox?

Hello,

This has been a known capability issue for a long time now. The techs had been aware of it, but it was way at the bottom of the list of things to look into. In the meantime. We highly suggest using a different browser on your phone, like the standard one that comes with it.

As for chrome, that works perfecty fine. I can use that to browse forumotion forums with no issues.

We have no idea when this will be fixed, if it will be fixed, so all we can do is recommend that you use a different browser when viewing forumotion forums. Sorry about the inconvience. Sad

-Brandon

Have you tried updating your mobile browser?  Also have you created a ticket for Firefox?
