Solved why is there this information displayed at top of page?

It shows the avatar,profile link etc
why is there this information displayed at top of page? Screen29
why is it there? Looks terrible.Very out of whack. Shocked
it wasn't there a couple days ago and suddenly it popped up.
How do i get it out!?

Edit I change browser and it looks fine. Yet on another computer same browser shows the odd display
