Solved Opening a new thread in your General Forum and deleting posts in others.

Well, here's a kinda complaint to staff. Opening a new topic, like "The Happy Thread", celebrating all kinda happy events, worldwide, like Mother's Day today, gives me a "Sorry, but only users granted special access can post topics in this forum." 

Deleting posts in other forums gives me the option but not the ability... I mean like supervising or going on the wrong foot here? This is crazy... And I'd like to open a 'Ask Samantha' thread!

So what's going on, guys?
