Cannot post on the help forum

Description of problem
Hi i joined the help forum group last week, my username on there is msgigi and my email address is E-mail removed. It says i must make one post to get full functions. I am not allowed to reply to or make posts on there so how do i post?. Regards msgigi

Hello,
You shouldn't post your e-mail address on a PUBLIC forum. I have removed it for safety and security reasons.
You only need 1 post to send a pm, so you should now be able to send a pm and get your issue resolved.
