Google Adsense not displaying

It's been over 48 hours since I've updated my Ads.txt file, and my Google AdSense is not displaying on my forum.
Can you please take a look at this.

Are the ads in a widget? If yes, did you add the widget?

The ads were working two weeks ago. I have not changed anything on the forum except the for adding the Ads.txt files. Am I supposed to change other settings?

I had an ad at the top of the forum and one on the right side of the forum that was working two weeks ago.

Did you enter the information correctly?

Also did you remove Forumotion's ads first with credits?

I just checked my Ads.txt files for the DIRECT and RESELLER

The Publisher ID and Certification Authority ID were both entered correctly. And the domain name is google.com

Am I supposed to copy my ads.txt file, and paste it into the Widget?

So that only thing I've done so far was too add my ads.txt files by using this:
Admin panel > Misc > Personalized ads > Ads.txt file > Declare authorized sellers >

No. You should only add the ad code you got from Google in the place you want the ads.

The codes were already present prior to two weeks ago. The codes were added since 2012.

So the only thing I've done, was to create my add my ads.txt files on November 30, 2017 by using this:
Admin panel > Misc > Personalized ads > Ads.txt file > Declare authorized sellers >

I've double checked that the information I've entered was correct.

When you added your new ads.txt files it can take upto a week for google to make the tests to see if you have your ads.txt on your forum Sadly we have no power over this as we can only give you the tools to add them then it's in google's hands.

my advice is if it's not showing after 5 days then let us know and we will ask some one in the head office to look in your ACP to see if you are set up right.

Hello yes I have just got online and have some news for you.

Here is the Email I got from our head office.

Head Office wrote:Hello APE,
in fact, the effective support of ADS.TXT files by advertising agencies on all sites, especially for those with subdomain URLs, would not be effective until early 2018 (Google declaration). So, it is not surprising not to see your banners appear on your forum despite the update of your ADS.TXT file, especially if the forum is still on its original url (without personal domain name)!

You can add this information in the announcement on the support forum ...
Unfortunately this doesn't depend on us, but only on Google now.

As you can see it's a google problem and not on our end Google is a little slow at making the change over.

I'm sorry but we at FM can not help you on this matter Sad

Thanks for the update.

Last question, are some FM users able to display their Google Ads, and some FM users are not able to? Or are all FM users, not able to display their Google Ads?

Only those with custom domain names can display them. Any forums using the free .forumotion.com domain name can not use it yet.

as Brando has said the ones with custom domain names ok and the codes that are new from google work also.

The forum with ad's older than 2 months old are having problems.

Our problem is lots of forums have old URL and old ad's codes the problem is google have not updated there systems right and there is nothing we can do to help them with the older URL's and older codes.

We are sorry we can not do anything else or help you more. Sad

If I change my forum domain name to a custom domain name, with my existing codes from google (that are older than 2 months), will the ads be displayed on my forum, or will I still have issues?
