Logging In Problem

Description of problem

Hi. I am the owner of my forum and up till yesterday it was ok. I cannot get in my forum by my original name and password. But I can get in by my other name Pauline but then I cannot access the Admin. panel at the bottom of the page or even see it. I was always logged in but yesterday it asked me to register again. I did but they said someone else already has that name and password. Duh, of course they do. It's me but it wouldn't let me in. Please help. And is there another way to keep logged in forever so I don't have to go through this again once I get in.

Could you plz help me and tell me how to make myself Pauline Admin in my forum too. I asked aboved but guess you missed it. Ty.

Hi @Pauline54

That's the easy part! Smile

Go to:

ACP(Admin Control Panel) > Users and Groups > Groups > Group Administration > Administrators

And add the account you wanna be admin with, with the account you're already!
