Captcha image not showing

Please help! I have just registered a new forum and I am new to this. Most my users will use the forum via their mobile. My problem is the captcha image to verify the new member sign up does not show, so members won't be able to sign up.

Yes the issue is only on mobile devices. It works fine on the computer. I am hoping to get it working with email log in as we request additional info from all members that I have set up.

Are they changing the version to classic version before registering?

I mean when a person visits your forum using a mobile device they can switch versions from mobile to classic. They should be able to register fine in the classic version.

I have tested with several iOS and Android devices and I have absolutely no captcha problem on the mobile version of your forum. it is displayed well and the new users registration from the forum mobile version is ok :wouhou:
