Ads - forumotion package deals

Hi Guys,

I just want to check something. We paid to disable ads until Jan 2019, yet it says on the admin account we are using FREE version.

These packages look new and I haven't seen them before, so I wanted to check our domain name purchase and ad free purchase will still be honoured until Jan 2019 despite saying it's using the free version.

- Your domain name will run till january 2019 whatever you can do. Then, if it's offered, nothing to do, it will remain offered even on a free package. But if the renewal is paying, you'll need 1200 credits and an active package (advanced or premium) just before renew it.

- If you keep running on free package all your additionnal features already paid will work till their expiration date (ads removal and maybe SSL or copyright removal). Once they expire you'll need advanced or premium package if you want to disable ads again.

- If you choose to run advanced (or premium) package before expiration date of your ads removing, you will be refunded for the days paid but still unused.
-> Will reduce the annual pack price for the first year or increase your number of remaining credits if you choose the monthly pack
