Description of problem

Hi all.

Since yesterday we are facing trouble logging into forumotion forums. The problem occurs on all devices (laptops, tablets, smartphones), all browsers (Safari, Mozilla, Chrome, etc.), all operational systems (iOS, Android) and mostly when using mobile internet data. Some members also complained that they can't reach forum through wi-fi too. Happens with all forumotion forums (this forum too). Cache and cookies cleared, newest versions of browsers and operational systems downloaded. Forum takes a lot time to load, and when it does, we always get something like this:

Do you mean all members from Lithuania are having this issue?  Do you all use the same Internet provider?

I thought of providers at first too, but as far as I know there are at least three different providers we can't reach our forum through. What confuses me is that when I use my wifi, forum loads fine for me too, but as soon as I turn on my mobile data (different providers), I got this. As far as I know, not all of my forum members are facing this, but some of them can't reach our forum both through wifi and mobile data (different providers).

I can access the site perfectly as well. Bare in mind that if it is a problem from your ISP, unfortunately, Forumotion can't do anything on its side to solve the issue as you might have to contact your ISP provider.

Your forum loads fine for me.  It must be something coming from your countries or ISP providers.

It seems like we can reach our forum since today morning again. Maybe it really was on our providers end. Thank you all who were trying to help. Marking this as solved now
