Yes you can buy credits then use them credits to pay for the year we will refund you what ever you spent before this one year from the total cost of one years price.

ACP >> Misc tab >> Credits management >> Buy credits

I believe you do not understand how the monthly payment works.  When you set it up, you have to have a PayPal account that will be debited each month for a year.  You do not have to renew or purchase the package again each month.  You have to have money in the account thought each month.

If you did do that, it means that your first purchase was cancelled.

Even if I canceled the automatic payment and then re-paid, the full package should be available

I still believe that you did not set the disable ads option the second time.  The reason why is that your screenshot says no for that option.  Because you did not disable ads is why the monetization the forum option is faded out.

- I can not change the Members and guests option
- the CURRENT PACKAGE button is also not active
The only thing I can change is a package change from one month to 12 months

As you can see on the paypal screenshots, I had to choose the "Members and guests" option when I bought, because I paid 8 euros
The package in which this option is disabled costs 6.30 euros
