premium account - google ads

Hello
On our forum www.forumbukmacherskiepol.com we have purchased a premium package (the highest option)
However, for a week instead of our ads (banners) forumotion ads appear

Why?

Hello,

Once you have bought the package you need to go into your admin panel and disable the ads manually (must do so for both members and guests), it does not automatically do it when you buy the package.

Once our ads are disabled, then you can set up your ads.txt file.

I can not manually turn it off
As I go into the options and want to turn it off
again directs me to pay for the whole package for a month

While you purchasing the premium package, did you set the ads option?

Two days ago, even mje ads appeared for a few hours (banners)
After a few hours, the forumotion / google ads have disappeared and started running again

If you look at the first screenshot you posted, it does not say that you removed the ads.

Read what it says:  ads are not disabled.

I believe you did not set the option correctly when you purchased the premium package.

So looking at your screenshots, you are using the monthly option. 

When did you set this up?  I mean the date.  Is it time to renew the monthly payment?  If yes, do you have the money in your PayPal account?  Payment comes from your PayPal account, not the forum credits.

On April 24, I bought a package at the same price
and I had access to all available advertising spots
My banners and advertisements were in there

So on May 24th, you went in and purchased the package again and made sure that the settings were set the same as April 24th?
