I received this message, I am on the Premium package which apparently gives me a personalised domain name.... However when I try to renew my Domain name it tells me I need to buy 1200 credits. I thought I already had a personalised Domain name as part of the Premium package?

It only give you the ability to have a domain name. You have to purchase/renew the domain name separately.

The reason it is set up the way it is, is because once a domain is purchased its good for a full year no matter what, so even if your package expires, your domain would still be valid and have its own expiration date. That is why they set it up the way we do. As Godfather pointed out, it is also stated in the admin panel before you purchase the package.
